Color Challenge 16

Here I am, for my SECOND time participating in the Kwernerdesign.com/blog Color Inspiration Challenge. The inspiration for the week was Martha Stewert booties as posted by Kristina.










This week's challenge colors are: Certainly Celery, Pumpkin Pie, Soft Sky and Very Vanilla.

For supplies, I used:
• SU! Heard from the Heart "Wishing you happiness today & always"
(brand new - available in upcoming Fall catalog)
• SU! Fun & Fast Notes for the cute little critters
• SU! Basic Black ink pad, SU! Soft Sky ink pad and SU! Certainly Celery ink pad
• SU! cardstock in Certainly Celery, Pumpkin Pie, Soft Sky and Very Vanilla
• SU! Aqua painter pen
• SU! Pumpkin Pie and SU! Certainly Celery markers
• Punches: ordinary office handheld hole punch, SU! 1.25" circle punch, SU! .5" circle punch
• dimensionals and adhesive tape
• SU! Sticky strip (to hold down the non-watercolor paper after it had been wet)

I had water-colored the background around the little critters, leaving them Very Vanilla. I also water-colored the background Very Vanilla cardstock that is mounted onto Sofy Sky.

This will be a PERFECT anniversary card for my parents.
